What to take and how to dress for hiking.
Required things:
water bottle 1 litre minimum (1,5 – 2 litres in summer time o for long walks);
trekking shoes;
according to the weather, sun-glasses and hat or anorak.
Suggested things:
trek stick;
sun cream;
comfortable clothes.
Optional things but still useful:
camera;
binoculars.
Our excursions are divided in levels of difficulties. We advise to choose according to personal training.
Distance covered times mean real walk without breaks (which will be provided to enjoy the scenery, take pictures or have something to eat).
Scheduled excursions may be cancelled or changed in the event of adverse weather conditions.
